سياسة الإلغاء واسترداد الرسوم المالية
تاريخ النفاذ: 24 يونيو 2026
نظراً لأن برامجنا تقدم مزيجاً من الوصول الرقمي الفوري للمواد التدريبية وحجز المقاعد والموارد المادية والصفوف الدراسية، فإن سياسة الاسترجاع المعتمدة لدينا تختلف بناءً على نوع الدورة المحددة:
1. الدورات التدريبية عبر الإنترنت (الرقمية)
- بناءً على لوائح وأنظمة التجارة الإلكترونية في المملكة العربية السعودية الخاصة بالمنتجات والمحتويات الرقمية، بمجرد قيام الطالب بتسجيل الدخول إلى النظام أو تصفح المناهج والملفات الرقمية، **لا يحق له نهائياً المطالبة بأي مبالغ مستردة**.
- يمكن المطالبة بالاسترداد بنسبة 100% في غضون 7 أيام فقط من تاريخ الشراء في حال ثبت بشكل قطعي أن الطالب لم يقم بالولوج إلى منصة التعليم الرقمية أو تنزيل أي محتوى تدريبي.
2. الدورات التدريبية الحضورية (الصفوف الميدانية)
يتم احتساب الرسوم المستردة وفقاً لتوقيت تقديم طلب إلغاء التسجيل الرسمي:
- **قبل 7 أيام أو أكثر من بدء الدورة:** يستحق المتدرب استرداد الرسوم المدفوعة بنسبة **100%**.
- **قبل موعد بدء الدورة بـ 2 إلى 6 أيام:** يستحق المتدرب استرداد **50%** فقط من الرسوم (لتغطية التكاليف التشغيلية المقررة وحجز القاعات والمقاعد).
- **أقل من 48 ساعة أو بعد انطلاق الدورة:** **لا يوجد استرداد نهائياً**، كما أن غياب الطالب عن الحضور لا يمنحه الحق في طلب أي تعويض مالي.
3. إلغاء البرامج من جهتنا
في حال اضطررنا إلى إلغاء دورة تدريبية لأي ظرف طارئ، أو بسبب عدم اكتمال الحد الأدنى للمقاعد التشغيلية، فسيتم منح الطالب خيار الانتقال لمجموعة أخرى أو استرداد أمواله **كاملة بنسبة 100%** دون استقطاعات.
4. آلية معالجة الأموال
تتم إعادة المبالغ المستردة حصرياً وبشكل تلقائي إلى نفس بطاقة الدفع البنكية المستخدمة أثناء الشراء عبر بوابة **Moyasar Financial**، ويستغرق ظهور الرصيد في حسابك البنكي من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل حسب سياسة كل بنك.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because our programs utilize a unified blend of immediate digital access and scheduled in-person physical assets, financial refund processing changes depending on the mode of execution chosen:
1. Online Distance Learning Courses (Digital Content)
- In absolute alignment with Saudi Ministry of Commerce e-commerce regulations covering intangible digital goods, once an account gains access, authenticates portal logins, or interacts with video or reading resources, **no refunds will be granted**.
- A 100% cancellation refund is supported within 7 days of initial payment only if digital server logs verify that zero interactions or profile log-ins occurred.
2. Physical In-Person Classroom Courses
Refund allowances scale relative to when a formal written cancellation appeal is logged:
- **7 days or more prior to class kick-off:** Elligible for a **100% full financial return**.
- **Between 2 to 6 days prior to class kick-off:** Eligible for a **50% partial financial return** (to settle non-refundable administrative venue assignments and print runs).
- **Under 48 hours notice or post-batch start date:** **Zero refund allowance**. Unannounced student absences do not entitle the individual to alternative slots or cash compensations.
3. Disruption or Course Cancellations by Us
If we cancel a designated course batch due to structural events or an inability to clear minimum occupancy rosters, candidates are directly granted a choice between changing groups or receiving a **100% full restitution**.
4. Processing & Execution
Approved financial adjustments are directly reversed straight to the exact clearing card utilized during checkout via the **Moyasar Financial** network. Final bank ledger availability takes between 7 to 14 business days.
