1. General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our training platform. By enrolling in our courses (both physical and online), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

• To access your courses, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Course registrations are strictly personal and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold to third parties.
• Online Courses: Access is provided digitally via our portal. Stream stability depends on your internet connection; we are not responsible for local connectivity issues.
• Physical Classes: Held at our designated venues or partner examination centers. Students must strictly adhere to schedules, code of conduct, and venue safety guidelines.
• All educational resources, videos, and materials are protected intellectual property. Downloading, copying, or distributing them without written consent is strictly prohibited.

2. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and process personal data in compliance with the Saudi Arabian Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL):

• We only collect mandatory data needed for your training enrollment: Name, email, mobile number, and National ID/Iqama (when required for official certification or booking international exams).
• All transaction data is safely processed through our authorized partner **Moyasar Financial**. We do not store raw credit/Mada card numbers on our servers.
• We never sell or distribute your data. Third-party sharing is limited to functional processing requirements (e.g., Moyasar payment checkout or international exam testing bodies).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

In accordance with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce e-commerce frameworks, refund allowances vary based on delivery styles:

• Online Courses (Digital Content): Once a student logs into the portal or accesses the course content, **no refunds can be issued**. Refund claims are eligible within 7 days of purchase only if the user has not accessed the portal.
• Physical Classes (In-Person Learning):
  • Cancellations requested **7 days or more** prior to the batch start date qualify for a **100% full refund**.
  • Cancellations requested between **2 to 6 days** prior to the batch start date qualify for a **50% refund** (to cover assigned venue seats and print costs).
  • No refunds are provided for cancellations requested less than 48 hours before class starts or after the course has commenced.
• If a course batch is cancelled by us due to operational needs or lack of minimum enrollment counts, students receive a **100% full refund** or alternative batch allocation choice.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original funding card (via Moyasar portal) within 7 to 14 business days.
